Time to talk goals. My goal weight is 195 lbs. I’ve been down to 201 lbs before and looked fairly good. I could lose more than that but I would be satisfied at 195.
I have already began the journey and will continue to work as hard as possible. I started at 12:01 a.m. Central Standard Time on 11/02/2020.
My current weight is 312 lbs. Weighed at 10:00 p.m. 11/02/2020
Goals
- 280 – 1 hour swedish massage
- 250 – New Couch
- 230 – New Bed
- 200 – New Wardrobe
- 195 – Trip to either South Africa, Egypt, or South American Rain Forest
No strict food regimen. I’m allowed to eat anything I want within reason. I will avoid candy and sweets wherever possible.
Non weight related goals.
- Put a minimum of $25 into savings at each pay check.
- Walk a minimum of 30 minutes – 4 nights a week
- 10/16/2022 – Own my own home with at least 2 acres.
- Stop worrying about food.
- Stop biting fingernails.
- Visit South Africa big game preserve
- Visit Egypt
- Visit South American Rain Forest
- Visit Australia
- Re-Visit Alaska
- Climb Mt. Ranier
- Visit Yosemite
- Visit Yellowstone
