Time to talk goals. My goal weight is 195 lbs. I’ve been down to 201 lbs before and looked fairly good. I could lose more than that but I would be satisfied at 195.

I have already began the journey and will continue to work as hard as possible. I started at 12:01 a.m. Central Standard Time on 10/14/2020.

My current weight is 312 lbs. Weighed at 10:00 p.m. 10/13/2020

Goals

  • 280 – 1 hour swedish massage
  • 250 – New Couch
  • 230 – New Bed
  • 200 – New Wardrobe
  • 195 – Trip to either South Africa, Egypt, or South American Rain Forest

No strict food regimen. I’m allowed to eat anything I want within reason. I will avoid candy and sweets wherever possible.

Non weight related goals.

  • Put a minimum of $25 into savings at each pay check.
  • Walk a minimum of 30 minutes – 4 nights a week
  • 10/16/2022 – Own my own home with at least 2 acres.
  • Stop viewing pornography.
  • Stop worrying about food.
  • Stop biting fingernails.
  • Visit South Africa big game preserve
  • Visit Egypt
  • Visit South American Rain Forest
  • Visit Australia
  • Re-Visit Alaska
  • Climb Mt. Ranier
  • Visit Yosemite
  • Visit Yellowstone
