So ends the first week of my new eating habit. It’s been a successful week filled with exercise, and sound nutritional choices. It started out tough with lots of temptation to eat fast food, candy, and lots of other unhealthy foods. But, I was able to thwart those urges and conquer my hunger.

Tomorrow I’ll be entering week 2 and hopefully it gets easier with each week that passes. I still have urges from time to time but they are getting weaker. If I can drop just 10 lbs a month I will be very happy.
