Ok, so I’ve got to lay some ground rules because my new eating habits are under attack. The past several days, not to mention weeks have been devastating to my overall health. Like to tonight I had 3 slices of ham and 2 entire large thin crust pizzas that I made at home.

So until I get my eating habits under control again I am putting up some boundaries to keep me away from the really tempting foods.

Starting 12:30 a.m. central standard time on 01/28/2021

Ending 12:29 a.m. central standard time 04/28/2021

For the next 3 months I am not allowed to do the following

I am not allowed to consume the following

  • restaurant food
  • fast food
  • cheese dip
  • anything with chocolate in it
  • candy
  • soda
  • chocolate swirl brioche
  • pizza
  • any commercially prepared tv dinners
  • commercially prepared frozen burritos
  • commercially prepared taquitos
  • commercially prepared breakfast sausage
  • chips
  • haystacks
  • jerky
  • french fries
  • tater tots

I am not allowed to perform the following activities

  • masturbating
  • wearing diapers
  • looking at any type of pornography
  • spending more than 30 minutes a day after work on the internet (paying bills, fulfilling legal obligations exempt, food logging, & June vacation planning exempt)
  • watching more than 2 hours of television at night
  • buying any electronics / hobby related items (1 hard drive exempt)

**For the following 3 months I must comply with the following**

  • eat 3 meals per day
  • eat balanced meals each day
  • walk at least 5 days a week
  • cook all of my meals from scratch or as close to it as possible (no pre-made meals from grocery store)
  • maintain my appearance
  • floss, brush my teeth, and use mouthwash at least 2 times a day
  • spend more time with family ( at least 1 time a month)
