  • Dinner : swedish meatballs (3 meat balls (5.33 oz total), wide egg noodles) 1 serving french style green beans

  • Lunch : 3 beef tacos (corn tortillas, cheddar cheese, hot salsa, 1 serving broccoli, 1 serving spanish rice
  • Dinner : 1 serving (5 oz) meat loaf (ground beef, seasoning, pizza sauce, bread crumbs, milk, egg) 1 serving green beans, 1 large sweet potato (microwaved, no seasoning)
