Bad Day – Binge Eating


04/30/2020

  • Breakfast : 1 – 3 inch square of egg casserole (Sausage, egg, cheese, & peppers)
  • Lunch : Nothing
  • Dinner : 2 biscuits, 6 slices of bacon, 1 cup green beans
  • Exercise : 35 minutes on treadmill – 30 mins (3 mph) – 5 mins (2.5mph)
  • **Got to work at 11 a.m. today. We closed at 2:30 p.m. So I didn’t get a chance to eat lunch. I stayed until 5 p.m. to prepare for tomorrow.

  • Exercise : Walking at Tiger Safari for undetermined amount of time.

  • Breakfast : 1 package Maple & Brown Sugar low sugar variety, 1 egg scrambled with 1/2 a polish sausage diced.
  • Lunch : 1 serving dirty rice with ground beef
  • Dinner : 3 soft beef tacos (tortilla, meat, cheese, salsa)
  • Exercise : 1:00 pm Walked 1 1/2 mile at OCCC

  • Lunch : 2 x 1/3 lb cheeseburgers
