I still find myself obsessing over food. I had 8 cans of pizza sauce in the cupboard, but I couldn’t help trying to find more at wal-mart. I could only find 1 can so I sat in the parking lot and ordered 20 more cans online.

My freezer and cupboards are bursting at the seams with food and yet I can’t help buying more and more. I’ve got to find a way to overcome this tendency to squirrel away food. If I can simply stop buying food for 1 month and just eat what I already have I could save a lot of money.

On a good note though, today is day 4 of my new eating plan. It feels good to cook at home, and not go to bed with an aching stomach. I look forward to the day I can book a cruise somewhere and not have to worry about whether I’m going to be too heavy to do an excursion.

It also feels good to have everything done before 7pm for the night. Such as clean teeth, clean dishes, and having already showered. To have nothing better to do than to sit on the couch and read or watch a movie.
