This website will be dedicated to my weight loss efforts as well as a repository of things I feel are important for me to share.

I have been overweight most of my life. I struggle with more than the addiction to food. There is also the addiction to pornography, and bad spending habits.

I tend to spend most of my free time in the house indulging in one or more of my bad habits. Spending a lot of time in front of the television on the couch is another of those bad habits.

I usually get off work and either come straight home or go to the grocery store to stock up on binge foods. Of course there are the days I’ll go to a restaurant of fast food joint to get my fix.

Some examples of my binge eating include. Leaving work to go to Walmart for cheese dip ingredients. Which include a 2lb block of Velveeta, 2 cans of Ro-Tel (1 hot, 1 mexican), 1lb Jimmy Dean hot sausage, 1 bag party size Tostitos Scoops, and 1 bag regular size Tostitos Scoops. I’ll leave Walmart to go to Golden Chick. At Golden Chick I’ll get 2 6 piece spicy chicken dinners. Included in those 2 dinners are 2 rolls, 12 pieces spicy chicken tenders, 2 small sides of dirty rice, 1 cup of water, and 1 32 oz sierra mist. Usually I’ll start snacking on the tenders on the way home. Once home I’ll sit on the futon in front of the television and consume all the chicken, rice, and rolls while drinking the sierra mist. After a few hours I’ll then cook the cheese dip. After browning the sausage I dump in the ro-tel after it has been blended really well in the blender. Then add the Velveeta and stir until completely melted. Then I’ll take it all to the dining room table and eat until my stomach hurts while reading a book on my phone.

Many people would see that as an extreme example of eating. They would be right. I usually don’t eat all the cheese dip, but I do eat at least half! That’s just one example of my bad eating habits. There are nights that I’ll order a large pizza from somewhere and eat the entire thing. Later that night I’ll make a second dinner to tide me over until breakfast. So I usually end up brushing my teeth around midnight.

If I’m not eating, I’m looking at pornography. I usually do those while watching television. If I’m not partaking in one of those activities, then I’m spending money on things I have no real need for. My nights usually consist of several hours spent eating / cooking food coupled with a couple hours of pornography.

I’ve built this website several times for the purpose of explaining my bad habits and my attempts at fixing them.

My goal is to get down to 200 lbs. To spend as little time thinking about / preparing / and eating food. Also to limit the amount of pornography I view and the amount of money I spend. I want to experience more of the beauty that is outdoors as well as in the heavens. I’ve got a telescope that I’ve barely used. I also want to possibly meet someone that I could spend the rest of my life with. It gets lonely here with just my cat for company.
